Paper Submission

Papers should be written and submitted adhere to the standard IEEE format. Templates for Microsoft Word can be found in the following link https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html. Only PDF files and Word documents will be accepted for the review process.

Regular Papers:

Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers with maximum 6-page following the conference template. The submitted papers must be unpublished and not being currently under review for any other publication.

Posters:

Participation of prospective authors is encouraged by assigning a poster session. Authors wishing to participate have to submit a summary of their research in no more than (80cm x 120cm) space.

Discount:

50% discount for the second accepted paper.

Registration

Fees will be paid after the final acceptance of the submitted papers. The registration fees cover a copy of the proceedings, attending sessions, and coffee breaks according to the following rates:

Participants can pay the conference fees directly at Faculty of Computers and Information, Menoufia University, Egypt, Shebin El-Kom, or send by the bank transfer. The detail of Bank transfer is as follow:
